What is the difference between US Customers & International Customers?

US customers are domestic customers in the 50 states. Any country outside the US including but not limited to Canada, Mexico, Caribbean and all other countries outside the boundaries of the US are considered International and you must choose the International Customers option (SHIPPING FEE $20). You are responsible for all CUSTOM FEES occurred associated with your order. By placing your order you agree to these terms.

Refunds?

NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS unless the customer has proof they haven't received their order with the proper address provided.
Refunds will be issued once products are returned to the company with the seal on products untampered.

Jshea Essentials is not responsible for incorrect shipping information (provided) please update your shipping information before purchasing.

Once we are notified item is delivered and you have not received your item please contact your local postal service and or file a police report for further assistance. If you feel theft may occur in your area please consider purchasing a P.O. BOX or having your item left with a trusting neighbor for you to pick up. We are no longer responsible for items that have been stated delivered.

2. Standard ground delivery takes up to 5 business days (plus the weekend and holidays).

Do Jshea Essentials have samples or have wholesale?

No, we do not carry samples or doing wholesaling. Products and bundles are whats available only.
